Social Media Chair at Cru City Nashville

Before

Before

It was my mission to transform the Cru City Nashville Instagram into a space that was engaging, inviting, and personal. Prior to my start as Social Media Chair, their feed was littered with overcrowded text, lacked photos of people enjoying events, and was primarily made up of graphics that did not follow the Cru National brand guide.

This made it difficult to find important information, and was preventing them from connecting with their target audience of

young professionals in Nashville.

After:

After stepping into the role, I rebuilt the Cru City Nashville feed into a warm, people-centered space that genuinely reflects the community it serves. I incorporated vibrant event photography, streamlined the text to highlight what truly matters, and aligned all visuals with the national brand guide for a polished, cohesive feel. As a result, the account feels more welcoming and easier to navigate—making it far easier for followers to stay informed, feel included, and

engage with the mission.

(Please note that my time in this role has concluded, and the most recent content on the public account does not reflect my work).
